"Our stay here was short, but truly wonderful, and delivered on everything you would expect from a lively hostel. The location was wonderful, located within walking distance from great food and nightlife, right across from the British Museum. "

"Comfortable bed. I asked for an extra soft pillow which was supplied without fuss. The standard double room was clean and a very good standard, adaquate for our 2 night stay. Breakfast was everything you could wish for. Tables were kept clean and used plates cleared away promptly. All ataff were very pleasant and eager to please. We had an evening meal which was ok but could have been better. Waitress was good. Prices were reasonable for London. "

"Had requested quiet room in upper floor but was put in first floor near fire exit and staff access door so was noisy with banging doors . Pillows were hard and high which was un comfy on my neck and posture. Sound proofing was shocking could hear people talking and vehicles in the street. No phone in room to call reception and when I had to go to reception to ask for extra duvet in morning the receptionist said yes we will do ( but nothing happened) and couldn’t chase them as no phone in room....

"Couldnt find a more perfect location. The breakfast included was great, with so many options. The room was large, the bed comfy, though the air conditioner didnt seem to work. Luckily the windows opened to let the cool air in. Most of the staff were very helpful. Only thing is that the floor in the room is carpeted which is not ideal cleanliness-wise. Overall i would happily stay there again!"

"Vi ble møtt av ei veldig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt dame i skranken da vi ankom, og alt personalet vi var i kontakt med var like positive og hjelpsomme. Vi sov på firemannsrom (1 stor, deilig dobbeltseng og 1 litt sliten sovesofa). Stort rom og et praktisk tekjøkken. Litt utdatert og slitent interiør, men rent og greit. Bra plassering. Alt i alt et godt inntrykk og et fint opphold, og vi hadde bodd her igjen."

"Location is good, many restaurant around. Close to Russel Square tube station. 15 minutes to Covent Garden and China Town. Room was spacious. The cons was the water presdure in my shower very low. Try to ask the reception (lady with a long hair) and she promise to fix it tomorrow but while I came back to my room the shower still the same with very low pressure. "
