"This hotel has been recently updated with modern appliances and a high-tech feel. The room is spacious by central London standards. Although our room was on the -1 level, we could barely hear the Tube, even at night. There is no front desk, but management responded promptly to our requests via email. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the British Museum and the Russell Square Tube station. We visited in April and found it to be an excellent value for a short stay in...

"Excellent stay at this lovely boutique hotel in Covent Garden. Thomas was an amazing concierge, the front desk staff always helpful, even the housekeeping staff was so friendly and accommodating. Quiet room with comfortable beds, mini fridge and coffee bar kept us happy and ready for our tourist adventures. Excellent location within walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see, including museums, West End theaters, shopping and delicious restaurants. Highly recommended!"

"Comfortable bed. I asked for an extra soft pillow which was supplied without fuss. The standard double room was clean and a very good standard, adaquate for our 2 night stay. Breakfast was everything you could wish for. Tables were kept clean and used plates cleared away promptly. All ataff were very pleasant and eager to please. We had an evening meal which was ok but could have been better. Waitress was good. Prices were reasonable for London. "
