"部屋、水回り共にとてもきれいでした。 滞在中の掃除は入らないですが、掃除機は自由に使えるので長期滞在でも清潔さは保てました。ただ、水回りを掃除できるものがなく、シャワー室の床にピンク汚れが出てきてしまったのでシャワー室を掃除できるものも置いて欲しいと思いました。 ゴミ袋が足りなくなり連絡したらすぐに届けてくれたり、不明な点をメールで連絡してもすぐにレスをくれたり、海外は対応が遅いイメージでしたが日本並みに早かったです。 基本的に不満に思うことはなかったですが、テレビが勝手に付いたり消えたりしたのと、洗濯機が汚かったのは気になりました。 洗濯機に関してはお客さまのためというよりもスタッフが清掃で使ったものなどを洗濯するのを使わせてもらってる、という感じでした。(ちなみに、洗濯洗剤は2回分部屋に置いてありました)"

"Very friendly never really drunk there I was going to the theatre very clean handrail was loose I did let them know. Free popcorn when you arrive whenever you want it a photo machine free I don’t think people realised it was actually there. I had a massive discount of the room. £220 from £280 if it was around the £150 Mark I will be booking his hotel for London lots has you got a swimming pole? Didn’t use it cause I had a cold.
