"Lovely hotel although our room was quite small and had a poor outlook. The room was noisy as other guests came and went along the corridor and adjacent rooms. Service was not up to usual standards having stayed on several occasions and on other Firmdale hotels. A bit disappointed but won’t put us off the other Firmdale locations."

Our studio apartment was clean, well-kept with all necessary amenities in a nice building 2 min away from Russell underground station and 2 min from food stores, cafes, and a movie theater, not to mention an 8 min walk to the British Museum. "Terrible communication from the host - I emailed a few times and the responses were very slow, also checking in at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am is unbelievable, when they charged me almost £200 for only 18 hours! I tried to communicate with the host, they weren’t very responsive. However, they kept sending me generic messages over and over again, including repeatedly telling me that check-in is at 10 am. Will not be staying here again."
