"This is a small and unique property, with a very welcoming staff. It is a "throw back" to the times when hotels were a special place and not a chain commodity. The rooms were large and well appointed. The hotel is close to the Vieux Carre, but far enough away from the madness of Bourbon Street. Our room had the best hotel shower ever - which says a lot about the quality of the property in general. I would not hesitiate to stay there again."

"The rooms were very nice and the staff was great but I was disappointed to see that the top pool was closed as they do show 2 pools in the add and the pools were a factor in me staying there. Other than that everything was great!"

"My son got stuck in elevator. Lewis the maintenance guy was helpful but the young guy at management team was not helpful, he didnt want to call 911 after my son stucked in elevator alone for almost an hour. Unacceptable. Stay away."

"It was good for a one-night stay. The room was clean. Comfortable bedding. No restaurant on site. On some floors, you go up a short flight of stairs to get to your room. Many food options nearby."
