"I arrived with two 50lbs (23kg) checked bags (I was in Italy for a month). I had to go up 4 steps pulling them up in order to check in. I was given a room on the 7th floor. The elevator only went up to the 6th floor so I had to go up 22 stairs with my luggage, a backpack and a bag. The AC didn’t work and they had a fan in the room. die Zimmer sehr sauber, das Personal äußerst zuvorkommend, das Pub ist super!
Wasserkocher im Zimmer, jeden Tag wird kaffee aufgefüllt und frische Wasserflaschen.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen London Städtetrip aufgrund der Lage.
Einzig das Fenster fand ich sehr schwierig zu öffnen und zu schließen und durch die belebte Umgebung ist es Nachts und Morgens teilweise etwas laut."

"Conveniently located near the train and tube. Clean and cozy room. Really cozy. Two things irked me. I was charged £15 for early check in. Either my room is ready or it’s not. It was but I was charged extra. I was also charged to store our luggage after we checked out. We had an afternoon train to another destination but stored our luggage until then. Most hotels offer these services free."

"My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights, we included breakfast with our stay and it was well worth it. The breakfast buffet was displayed beautifully every morning with little omelettes, an assortment of breads, pastries, deli meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, yogurt and cereals. "The room was always clean. The personnel were very helpful. The bathroom had a strange configuration with the toilet down the hall from the sink and shower. And there were no towel racks and not much storage space for our clothes. That is the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5. Otherwise it was a very nice room with air conditioning during a horrible heat wave. It was nice to have restaurants on the property. And it was near the tube and train station."

"Preislich kann ich das Hotel schwer einschätzen, aber für die Lage war es wirklich Klasse. Man hat St. Pancrass/KIngs Cross gleich nebenan und auch viele Buslinien die einen an die verschiedentsten Orte Londons bringen vor dem Hotel (OK 2-3 MInuten zu Fuss muss man schon gehen).
Das Zimmer selber ist relativ klein gehalten, aber man will sich ja eigentlich nicht wirklich dort aufhalten, wenn man in London ist. Somit war es für den Urlaub wirklch gut geeignet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es...

"The AC did not work in both of our rooms…during the hottest time in London. The staff said they had reset the ac..but no cold air in both our rooms, as well as other guests. Location is great, the place is hip..but the lack of ac in record heat days without resolution over a few days in multiple rooms made it a very unbearable stay - we just could not sleep in the rooms."

"Hotel was in a great location, lots of restaurants around. Nice park across the road. Lobby and restaurant/bar area very nice, staff were friendly but BEWARE if you are going in the summer months the rooms DO NOT have air con which in this heatwave made the room unbearable. There isn't a fridge either and we could only get one if we needed it for medication. The room had a fan but didn't help much due to the heat. The room was hotter than outside (outside was between 20-30 degrees) didn't sleep...
