"Staff and food were incredible! Ricardo was an amazing bar tender and excellent Malibu sunset maker. Recommend happy shuttle for your airport pickup and drop off. The bed was comfy and room was a little dated. Our last day a storm came thru and there were leaks all over the hotel, parts of the ceiling were fall, water dripping."

"Our stay at Moon Palace Sunrise was fantastic! This hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Room service was provided thru all our stay with clean towels,sheets and refreshments. All staff we encountered were attentive and friendly. There are Several pools throughout the hotel and free shuttles to their sister hotels where you can also enjoy their amenities and restaurants. One of the pools is specifically for children under 7 with a couple of slides, I have a 3 and 4 year old who love the area. Restaurants have a variety of food to enjoy Some do require reservations but we were able to access. Entertainment staff give you plenty of activity options to enjoy. Hotel also has an arcade for kids with free access to games and a bounce house. Hotel has beach access but the water wasn’t so pleasant lots of seaweed. We did reserve an all inclusive which worked out great for us. Over all we had a great time!! Best part of our trip was to see our kids smiles and happiness. Would definitely come back."
