"객실이 신축이라 그런지 매우 깨끗했고(엘베도 있고) 직원들이 친절했습니다. 뷰도 너무 좋고 코메르시우 광장이랑 가깝고 주변에 맛집도 많아서 추천합니다. 다음 번에도 또 오고 싶은 곳입니다. 다만 12시 이후에 도착하는 경우에 컨시어지가 없을 수 있어서 미리 연락해야 할 거 같습니다. 이거 이외에는 전부 완벽합니다."

"The staff and hotel were very nice. However, only few vehicles are allowed to stop in front of the hotel, you have to walk around the corner to get in to the hotel. Normally this is not a problem, but I broke my ankle during my visit and walking from the car to the door after hospital visit was excruciating. If you can’t walk far make sure your transportation is allowed to drop off at the door. "

"Wonderful hotel! Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were comfortable and breakfast was a great start to the day. There was even coffee/tea and sweet treats available at night. The only issue we had during our stay was the air conditioning wasn’t working in the building. After the first couple of nights, they got us a fan which helped Otherwise a wonderful stay! "

"Excellent location and great experience on the hills and cobble stones walking through restaurants and shops. Located on top of the hill with great view. Only issues it’ll be a challenge for those who have mobility issues or knee cap pains because when they say it’s only an one miles walk it took me 30 minutes due to all the hills and stairs.
