"객실이 신축이라 그런지 매우 깨끗했고(엘베도 있고) 직원들이 친절했습니다. 뷰도 너무 좋고 코메르시우 광장이랑 가깝고 주변에 맛집도 많아서 추천합니다. 다음 번에도 또 오고 싶은 곳입니다. 다만 12시 이후에 도착하는 경우에 컨시어지가 없을 수 있어서 미리 연락해야 할 거 같습니다. 이거 이외에는 전부 완벽합니다."

They were available for any questions the room was fantastic and a sweet snack left for us everyday so central to all the sites! "Although our reservation was changed prior to arrival from Residentas Aurea to Residentas Arco do Bandeira, the experience exceeded our expectations. This was truly one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever stayed in. The apartment was stylish, spacious, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully designed with wonderful amenities that made the stay both comfortable and luxurious. The location was also outstanding — close to everything and perfect for exploring the city on foot....

"This hotel is astonishing from the museum, the staff, the food and beautiful rooms. Every member of staff was helpful in providing insight on places to see, how to get around and overall recommendations. The hotel is also in walking distance from the shops and restaurants. This is an absolute must visit."

"Excellent location and great experience on the hills and cobble stones walking through restaurants and shops. Located on top of the hill with great view. Only issues it’ll be a challenge for those who have mobility issues or knee cap pains because when they say it’s only an one miles walk it took me 30 minutes due to all the hills and stairs. Otherwise love this place!!"

"Wonderful hotel! Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were comfortable and breakfast was a great start to the day. There was even coffee/tea and sweet treats available at night. The only issue we had during our stay was the air conditioning wasn’t working in the building. After the first couple of nights, they got us a fan which helped Otherwise a wonderful stay! "
