"Fantastic location on Rossio sq. Train station, metro, easy taxi pick up set down.
Reception helpful. Rooms functional, clean, free sockets, TV, wi fi very good and strong security. Bathroom very nice. Shower lovely (rain forest and moveable modes).
Bar and restaurant very nice and with food discounts go or guests. Fish/sushi orientation. Some outside tables on pedestrianised street. Breakfast wonderful. Buffet and fresh cooked available.
Couple of points. There is no guest lounge. Also as a historical building remodel, there are additional stairs for some rooms after the lift (6 treads).
I would stay again if visiting Lisbon."

"The hotel is nice but felt little dated. However, the biggest plus are the staff and location. Especially the concierge and staff that helped us with luggage were very helpful when we stayed there. The hotel concierge suggested us to use the taxi travel services to see Portugal and important places which saved us a lot of time and were able to enjoy the trip comfortably."

"From the moment you arrive, the staff here treat you like family. They are super friendly and helpful. the rooms are great and the patio with tapas dining and view of the river were perfect. We were so close to all the things we wanted to do in Lisbon. Even though you are right in the heart of things, the hotel is tucked away for a nice quiet sleep!!!"
