"Had a high expectation because of the newness of the hotel. The price that we paid also not cheap for the amount of sqm we were getting.
Location is great. Walking distance to Orchard Rd, and easy to access by taxi or Grab. Lobby was beautiful and has a very nice open door and beach vibe.
Staff were helpful and direct, was expecting a more friendly and helpful gestures. Even with the status I have from Hotels.com - I didn't get any upgrade or additional perks.
Overall stay is OK. "

"We had a great stay at the Holiday Quay Clarke Hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which really made the experience more enjoyable.
The room was clean and comfortable, and one thing I truly appreciated was their green initiative. The filtered and safe drinking water system was a big plus. No need to buy bottled water, which is both convenient and environmentally friendly.
