"This was my third time staying at this hotel. The property is so clean and staff is super friendly. The gym was perfect to use. There is a Starbucks and a Heal (açai bowls and smoothies) right across the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay. Thank you❤️"

"There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. I had to find the cleaning staff the next day. Also there is mice. we saw a mouse climbing up the curtains later. They know there’s an infestation since there’s mice traps. Honestly...

"I had a pleasant stay with a lovely, well-appointed room. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my visit. While the pool area featured an attractive nautical beach-inspired setting, the high chlorine levels prevented me from enjoying it. Gym was on point and had good equipment for a fitness enthusiast. "Rooms have modern amenities, but use of space could be improved. My room had a large empty space that could have been a nice sitting area or kitchenette. The terrace was nice, but the furniture outside was in poor condition (broken table, sofa cushions stained and dirty.) A few other oddities: our room was right above the restaurant which made for a very loud and late night on the weekend. There was an ice bucket in the room, but no ice machines."

Small note: Weekend staff needs a bit direction as the hotel prides itself on customer service but we ran into few issues not worth mentioning in a review (took away from the overall 10/10 experience, but still fantastic and highly recommended."

"The location is nearby many restaurants and shops. The units are basic, but have what you need. Unit was very clean. The noise from adjacent units is clear. When the cleaners were in the unit above it was very loud. The stairs from the sidewalk to entry door are fairly steep with narrow steps. There is a narrow curving staircase to reach second floor units. Typical old apartment building issues, but travelers with mobility concerns may struggle carrying bags up and down the stairs. "
