Cari Chalet di Chan Chemuyil

"Un lugar muy bueno si quieres descansar y relajarte. Alejado del bullicio y tráfico, me gustó mucho"

"This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,...

"Enjoyed the stay"

"Loved this sweet spot on the beach. It was a lovely room, effortless non-contact coming and going."

"Great people, they so nice and GAYS COMMUNITIES"

"We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! We would recommend a rental car if you are wanting to leave the resort. This is not in the busy resort area, it's a little bit outside of Tulum. We really liked not being in the busy area. This resort was also the best value that we saw for all-inclusive. One thing to note is this resort is part of Framissima, which is a French travel company. We were not aware and were surprised that nearly all the guests were French. We also kinda liked that we...

"Excelente lugar"

"Good."

"Akumal Natura was fine, but not great. Our min issue was mosquitos -- there are plenty of them, which didn't allow us to enjoy the outdoors that much. The rooms were okay but slightly dirty from the natural rooftop (straw and clay mix, I guess), some tree discard would go through. As for the cenotes, the deeper one was great - really pristine and peaceful; the shallow one was not very appealing due to sand and mud. The food was good but limited in options. The staff was very friendly, answered...

"Amazing stay! Everything was so beautiful, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Super helpful my husband is amputee and they helped make everything smooth and easy. Helped provide us with activities and transportation. The food options were so amazing! Noriku was out favorite spot!"

"I loved everything"

"Great stay and great hotel staff."

"Beautiful location, clean modern rooms, ocean front pool and staff super helpful. The hotel electricity is run with a generator so no hair dryers, mini fridges and some rooms do not have aircon. But if you are looking for an authentic beach hut experience this is for you. Be sure to bring insect repellant."

"The Spa is fabulous and the staff also. The rooms were very clean, but due to the humidity the floor was always damp."

"Muy bien! Solo la tienda y el restaurante mal surtidos."

"The location on Soliman's Bay is stunning and protected from sargassum by the barrier reef. The hotel property is similarly stunning: beautiful rooms, a beautiful restaurant, a refreshing pool, and many well-appointed commons and recreational spaces. It's really beautifully designed--picturesque, architecturally impressive, relaxing, with scenic views over the mangroves and the bay, with abundant wildlife, and great swims. Snorkeling immediately in front of the hotel is not as good as the...
