"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"The location is excellent and the hotel is very well maintained. The room was spacious, and the amenities were great. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bed linen was unacceptable. There were stains on the bedding, which required us to ask for a replacement blanket, but the replacement was also stained. Cleanliness standards definitely need to be improved.
The staff were generally not particularly friendly. Overall, while the location, facilities, and room were very good, the issues with...

"Bit of an odd hotel. One working elevator in a large hotel can be annoying. The room was large and quite comfortable. The noisy plumbing was a bit of an annoyance. (Seems to have been a cheap buildout.) Moreover, the bathtub doesn't have a overflow drain, nor does the floor have a drain. Accidental overflow, not an issue in a properly fitted bathroom, can be a serious problem here. Beware. The staff was mostly wonderful with the exception of the humorless day manager."
