"Nice stay except the worst breakfast I’ve probably ever had, we all said the same.
No glasses for the juice, then glasses but no juice - 15 minutes for a coffee, not enough tables, toast was either bread or cremated for everyone & they weren’t replenishing the food so had nothing on offer for the 45 minute duration at breakfast - go to maccies next door. "The room was clean and had everything that was needed for a few days. The TV, kitchen and bathroom were great. The bed was very soft and not very comfy.
Check in was a bit of a worry as they do ask you for a deposit of £50 and don't give the access codes until that was done. I arrived after 6pm and there was no-one there so it created a bit of a panic until I managed to get a reply and they gave me the codes.
Overall the room was pleasant and within easy walking distance of Golders Green Tube...

"The room was nice - clean, spacious and well furnished. The check-in process was chaotic and confusing. We were asked by a cleaner to pay a deposit via bank transfer because there was no manager on site. The cleaner couldn’t even give us a receipt. We eventually got our deposit back several days later.
The location was fine - quite near to the tube station."

"Awful stay - felt like something halfway between a frat house & student dorm - noisy roudy people coming and going at all hours running through corridors shouting and screaming, banging doors, loud music being played late at night - almost no soundproofing and hard to get a decent uninterrupted sleep. To couple it off one of the staff members extremely rude objectionable and argumentative - when I asked if it was possible, after 5 days, to have a fresh towels told me that I should go wash them...
