"Overall, I had a relaxing and pleasant stay at this hotel. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy, and the bellman was especially helpful throughout our stay. I also really appreciated the housekeeping staff — the rooms were consistently kept clean, and it was always nice coming back to freshly made bedding and restocked clean towels. The surrounding area was also a huge plus, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to visit and enjoy. The pool was refreshing and added a nice touch...

"Place has such a fun cute vibe, however it could use a deep clean and maybe a face lift. Its a colorful and fun property with pool parties on the weekends and drag shows in the cantina; however the issues are in the details. Everything was a bit rundown. I arrived and immediatley noticed the worn state of the room with light fixtures falling off the walls, rusty or broken bathroom fixtures, multiple stains in the carpet and stained/ripped drapes. Things like this extended out to the pool deck...
