"Good points:
Clean room
Great location
Great Facilities, kitchenette with equipped with fridge, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery, pans and utensils
Comfortable bed
Not so good points:
Unfortunately was rather noisy as faces onto to a reasonably busy road.
Did not receive any check in information until the morning of the stay, despite messaging a couple of weeks before and it was difficult to find the correct contact info for the place.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. "Property was close to transit, no more than a 10 minutes walk and you are close to the water with parks around. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room itself was small but very functional. AC was very much welcome as the time was really hot , heat wave while i was there."
