"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "Breakfast was terrible, you have to wait ages to be seated as the restaurant is not big enough to serve the hotel. Be careful which part of the hotel you stay in, some rooms on the road are incredibly noisy and you can hear the tube every 20 seconds. No sleep!"
