"From the moment I arrived, I was utterly captivated by the magnificence of Shankara Munduk Bali. I went here with my friend from Japan and they really like it. The villa itself is clean, very affordable price for this luxury accommodation and it’s near from banyumala waterfall and lake tamblingan as well.
The breakfast itself, I really love the Munduk Pancake, it’s unique and not too sweet. After went to waterfall, I ate lunch in the villa. The Indonesian food was amazing, love the plating....

"Die Unterkunft verfügt über eigene "Baumhäuser", die sehr ruhig gelegen sind und der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Die Hütte ist sehr groß und in Holz gehalten. Teilweise kann es im Inneren etwas ziehen und der Boden knartschen. Der Ausblick beim Duschen nach draußen ist ebenfalls einmalig, genauso wie beim Pool.
Die Frühstücksauswahl ist super lecker und auch abends kann man hier gut essen. Nachmittags kann man sich Cocktails oder Smoothies am Pool schmecken lassen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich...

The guy who ran it was very nice and it wasn’t too far from a couple stores and a couple restaurants. It was just at night. There were some locals who bothered me, but it was OK because I’m an American and I understand."
"It's a beautiful newish property with spectacular views!! It was clean and staff was super helpful and friendly.
The only negative is that it is hard to find - no signs on main street and kind of bad path off the main road. The outside of the property seems to be worked on still so hopefully it will all be resolved once finished.
Also not much to do right around there - but that is probably the case for many places around Bali."

"The place is very nice with a small beautiful garden. The view from the restaurant terrace is amazing. The food is good. I really liked the special tea they have. The rooms are nice and clean, with a small terrace with a table and chairs. The staff was very friendly. The location is very good for trekking tours through the rice terraces and to the waterfalls. You can book different activities in the homestay. We went for the guided tour rice terraces and waterfalls and it was a great experience."
