"Staff courteous and efficient. Room was SMALL...as was the price! But I'll take small in a heartbeat, if it is also the very best of "modern". Spotlessly clean. Things WORKED. Wifi was easy. TV was easy, with good choice of programmes. Bathroom design and fittings first rate. Plenty of towels. I'd booked a windowless room with some apprehension, but the air handling was excellent. The air was better than I've frequently experienced elsewhere WITH a window. I'll stay here again."

I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "We had a wonderful stay and were greeted by Roman, who was very welcoming. The room was lovely, and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast offered a great selection, and the venue’s location close to the O2 Arena was really convenient. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and we would happily recommend it."
