"No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. "

"No cart for luggage had to carry luggage to room asked for another pillow because pillows were flat and wore out lady at desk said they did not have extras but she would check and see if she could find one and she would let us know room wasnt the cleanest air conditioner did not work properly all it wasnt at all like it was advertised . Very outdated, ceiling piece were falling on the blankets. Would never stay again. "

"A car alarm went off every 2 hours during the night right below our room. They should have had it removed, left at 5AM as we didn’t get any sleep anyway. Mentioned it at check out and they said that was a shame, "

"Breakfast was fresh and hot every morning. Our server, Tennessee, was the sweetest most pleasant person we’ve ever met. She made our mornings very enjoyable. And Aaron, another staff member, seemed to always be there, and we observed him helping all of his coworkers. He couldn’t do enough for guests either. "I loved the kitchenette and opportunity to cook our own meals. The room was very clean and the manager was exceptionally courteous and helpful and genuinely seemed to care about the comfort of his guests. He even went out of his way to personally deliver decaf coffee to our room! "

"Clean and welcoming, amazing hot breakfast with staff readily available to keep food stocked and breakfast area tidy. Lovely pool - my children enjoyed swimming each of the three nights we stayed. Overall, definitely recommend and will return if ever in the area again!"

"First sight of our room, loved the space. Huge room. Then from dinged up door, to room stayed hot even with air on 63, we took a fan still couldn't cool the room off. Thermostat on wall was broke off, front desk came and tried fixing it. Was reading 81 in the room. Shower head looks like it has been on for decades. Cleaning staff needs to put effort to making sure hair from prior quest are cleared from bathroom. Now to pool area gross water didn't feel clean at all windows wide opened. Hottub...

"Nice, easy stay for an early airport departure ext morning. Loved the bistro area in the hotel so we did it have to go out for dinner. "

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our truck had a Dead battery and this awesome young lady who works there came over to us and offered to help. Her husband was there to pick her up and he was able to jump start our truck. They were both awesome. Sorry I can't remember her name but we are very grateful for their help. "

"The room was filthy, smelled horrible. Shower was broken, parts of the faucet in the tub just laying on the floor. Maintenance thankfully came and fixed it. That was the only positive. Phone was broken, moldy windows. Do yourself a favor and avoid staying here. "
