Cari Hotel di Indiana

"Biggest complaints 1) lack of signage, as a woman traveling alone I panicked when there was no real sign on the hotel. I thought I had been scammed. 2) first room had 2 broken locks on the door and the window didn't go outside, it went to an interior room. I felt very unsafe with no ability to lock myself in and the lack of a second exit in case of a fire. The staff as awesome and helped me get a new room. The facility was pretty inside and the rooms were clean."

"The Omni hotel is beautifully Designed and decorated. All the staff were extremely friendly. The drinks at the Cardinal bar are a bit pricey but the bartenders were nice to chat with. Valet service was impressively efficient. My only complaint would be that I reserved a standard king room, I was given a handicap accessible room with 2 queens which were not comfortable. The hotel did discount my room for the inconvenience which I appreciated. Overall, I would recommend staying at the Omni...

"All of the staff were wonderful especially the front desk staff, they were fantastic. They were extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay. It made my pre and post op surgery so much easier. Thanks again."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! Place was conveniently located close to shopping with easy walking access to downtown. Facility is immaculate with everything under one roof. Played miniature golf and tether ball. Fantastic experience! We definitely will be back!"

"Great hotel, services and staff, but there was a puddle of water from the toilet leaking and there was no bedding for the foldout couch. It took two hours to get bedding and for a maintenance person to come fix the leak."
