"The whole place was immaculately cleaned and well kept, even the entire beach was raked clean every morning as I did my sunrise walk. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, so many got to know your name and went so much to make the vacation fabulous. Our first all-inclusive and the food was pretty good. "

"Although this property had high ratings (9/10 when I booked), the Colonial is in need of major renovations (As of March 2026, I'm told they are closing for renovations). The rooms are not 9/10 in quality or cleanliness. The toilet room has a fogged glass door that has no latch, and is only about 30"x 30", the bathroom vanity was falling apart, and the front door had cracks big enough to see outside.
