"We had a great time during our week stay at the resort. I am subtracting one star because of the following two reasons:
1. The personnel selling you stuff nobody wants offering you discounts you don't need are very pushy and agressive. They mention it is 90 mins of your time, but other guest told it is was usually nearly 3 hours oftentimes. Glad that we skipped them in a heart beat.

"Nice hotel for a short stay. I've been to Haciendas in Playas and the activities there are superb. This hotel had the activities center close early and nothing special for Halloween or Dia de Los Muertos. Hotel is clean, food is good in the buffet, service is also good, workers go out of their way to help. Beach is nice."
