"Absolutely a GREAT location for being right in the middle of ALL of the action in downtown Santa Fe. The entire property has such fun history and the rooms are so uniquely decorated and very confortable.
Having said that, good luck with your rotation of staff. I am always kind to Front Desk Clerks because they have a rough job. This young man gave me no welcome, but just asked for my name and sniffed at the fact that it was a “third-party reservation“. I find that reaction. Interesting, because...
