"This resort is so beautiful! We were there for 2 nights for Dollywood (Sunday and Monday night). It is a great, quiet location super close to the park. We drove but I think I saw the trolley come up to the property so I bet that would be a great way to get around the Sevierville area. It was too cold to enjoy the little lazy river or pool but they were gorgeous! The camp/RV area looked gorgeous!! All of the staff were very nice. We only ate at the restaurant once and it was good. "Every room has a balcony that either looks out over the river or the shopping area. Room doors are well made so once closed, the noise does not bother you. We looked out over the shopping street and loved it. Usually noise keeps me awake but not here. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The pillows are too soft for my taste but are quality."

"Bedding was dirty with what looked like old food stains. We reported this to the staff and asked for clean sheets on our beds which they said they would do. When we returned, the bed was semi made with the same stained sheets. We went down and asked for new clean sheets and remade beds ourselves. Rooms were not cleaned like they normally are daily. Was just not the experience we remember and we do not plan on returning. "
