"My daughter, granddaughter and I had a 2-night break. Our room was a little small for 3 of us and it could have done with a set of drawers and more storage space for our cases. However, as my grandaughter stayed for free, it was excellent value. All the staff on reception, in the restaurant and our room attendant were lovely. The breakfast, which was included, was also excellent. If we return to Birmingham in the future, we would be very happy to stay again. Thank you"

"The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff. The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room. The spa facilities were nice & clean."

"We had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly throughout. The rooftop bar was lovely for both a few drinks before we went out and for the breakfast in the morning. We didn't use the gym or spa which we would have liked to, but didn't have time, so can't comment on them. The room was a lovely size and very clean. Would happily use again."

"A very clean, modern and comfortable hotel. The best beds and pillows for the most luxurious comfort. A great bar and seating areas. We couldn't park in the hotel but could next door in the Q park without booking. "

"The water was blocked had to stop showering half way through, the blinds on the window was broken, was given a gone off milk for the tea, and someone open my room door and tried to come in. Was very disappointed because of the, did complain at the reception."

"Got a young kid in tears after planning our stop here especially for the pool, no mention of “no kids allowed” in the pool on the website. Please update your advertising of the pool as a tantalizing “rare find” for families who won’t have access to the pool, as we only spring for this fancy place for that reason. "

"The hotel was very clean and well run. Breakfast was popular and very organised. This hotel has a lovely ground floor area for relaxing and is a short walk from Statford town centre. Our King room was soacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was dated and a bit small and the air con controls were manual and difficult to operate. You can open the window in tge room which allows for air to circulate."

"Room 1615: The carpet was heavily stained, particularly around the bathroom door. The refrigerator appeared unclean and poorly maintained, to the extent that we did not feel comfortable using it, even for complimentary items such as bottled water."
