Cari Hotel di Warwickshire

"I have stayed at Malmaison Birmingham a couple of times now and each time it has been a great experience. It is more of a lively hotel with entertainment areas and restaurant/bar on site. I take advantage of the spa treatments while I'm staying there. Sublime facial treatments every time! The hotel is such a convenient location, close to all sorts of amenities and easily accessible historic sites and the city centre. "We stayed here for a one night stay and it’s such a lovely hotel with excellent customer service. The rooms were very comfortable with everything we needed including bathrobes. Breakfast was a delight, and lots of choice too."

"The fire alarm went off at about 5am. It was a false alarm but there were no staff around to confirm or deny this. It was total confusion for guests."

"On site parking. Decent breakfast"

"Don’t be fooled by the title on Spa, it could be fantastic as location is great. It’s tired and grubby, outside not maintained with paint on windows flaking and doors don’t shut. Also my shower had no running water. 20 mins to put 4 inches of water in a bath because of the 50 holes in shower head only 6 had water coming out. Also charge extra for use of facilities. Typical of an OYO hotel. Never again"

"I went there for the Horse Of the Year Show. Also I get lost very easily and dispite them saying the directions to the NEC or the Train Station, there are no actual signposts up."

"Nice bar and restaurant. Staff very helpful"

"Convenient to shops and food places, quite we quiet..fans and heaters available in the room..very quick check in"

"Just 10/10 Everything you want all in one place 11/10 if you play golf me and my partner dont but just love the place. Beautiful surroundings friendly staff and the Beds so comfy for a good night's sleep."

"The facility was well-kept with good amenities. Our suite was a generous size and had a nice kitchenette. The air conditioning struggled to cool the space down, but I contacted Reception, and they brought a standing fan up to our door within 15 minutes. Very attentive and friendly staff!"

"Nice hotel country location plenty of facilities. Would stay again."

"The place is charming! The restaurant and bar was an old pub hundreds of years ago and the place maintains the old timbers and charm of that era. We had delicious breakfasts each morning and one great dinner there. Our room was extremely comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent place to stay"
