"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Very friendly staff, clean space, and great location. BIG shout out to the staff - they were always polite and helpful and improved our overall experience.
The only improvement I could suggest is regarding breakfast - we felt the options were limited compared to other breakfasts at similar hotels we've visited.
Would return again next time we're in London."
