"First Class experience from start to finish! The Virgin company, hands down, knows what they are doing when it comes to travel and hospitality, coming from someone who was once an executive of a 5 star luxury brand. Virgin Edinburgh was such a vibe. The whole aesthetic is sexy, sultry and ever so inviting. You are immersed in intrigue at every turn with the eccentric decor and vibrancy of color throughout the hotel. The staff, First Class from the moment we were greeted at the door, to check-in,...

"The location of the hotel is "ok": it is a trek to the Royal Mile and other principal attractions of the city. The hotel is clean and the room is smartly designed, including coloured LEDs that can be used as night lights. But I'm livid to see the outdoor pool as the primary photograph and selling point of this hotel, only to be told it can be accessed only by paying an ADDITIONAL 47.50£ per person! We already paid $783CAD for a standard room: a warm pool would cost us another $200? Shame,...
