"There was no air conditioning in my room which for this price point is ridiculous. Fitness center is laughably tiny. The bed is very firm and the pillows were extremely stiff and uncomfortable. "The pool could use heat!! It was a chilly swim but my toddlers have fun regardless. There was one front desk guy who wasn’t very pleasant but there was another guy who took over there night shift who was great! The laundry room was nice & the room was spacious but the beds were SUPER soft in not a good way."

"We stayed 2 nights.Loved the room. Beach accessibility was great. View was amazing. Staff was friendly. Only complaint I have is the jetted tub in my room didn't work. I told the front desk and the let maintenance know, but it didnt get fixed for my stay."

"The mini blinds were all bent up and we were on the ground floor! Not much privacy. There was a thermostat in the unit but didn’t seem to work! The only heat source was a small wall unit. No plugins in bathroom so it is hard for a lady to do hair! Only 2 towels for 2 people for 4 nights! They said you could ask for more but i think they could have at least brought 2 per person! The bolt on the door only opens about 1/2 inch that is not very secure! The door just needs replacing! While we enjoyed...

"It is a nice property. The coffee pot was weird and the key locks were hard to work. The breakfast was great. My credit card was charged multiple times for one room but I finally ended up with one charge. Other than that it was good place to stay."

"The building is kinda old and outdated. It’s on the beach with about a million steps down to the beach. Parking is tight but there is an overflow lot across the street. It’s ok for a one night stay but not a beach vacation. Unless we missed it there is also no hair dryer. The pool was being worked on and said it would be open two days prior but it wasn’t and the hot tub closed at 8:45 so I didn’t get to use it"
