"Leider war unser Aufenthalt im Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge eine einzige Enttäuschung.
Trotz Check-in ab 15 Uhr musste ich mit zwei Kindern eine weitere Stunde warten, während andere Familien bereits ihre Zimmer bekamen. Ich wurde von einem Mitarbeiter zum nächsten geschickt und hörte nur wiederholt «Sorry». Keine Hilfe, keine Entgegenkommung.
Im Zimmer gab es nur zwei statt drei Schlafplätze. Das Zimmer war nicht richtig gereinigt, Tassen und Löffel waren schmutzig, die Bettwäsche...

"Overall, the Langham is a wonderful hotel with very attentive staff. The only thing I encountered during my day was that several of the common areas in the hotel, including the Palm Court and the Wigmore Pub hosted private parties and were therefore closed to hotel guests. This was inconvenient; hotel guests were not even allowed to walk through those spaces to get to other parts of the hotel! Considering the price paid for a room I expected to to be able to use all of the hotel’s facilities...

"Beautiful well appointed property close to theaters and a quick train or bus ride to many museums and historical sites. Lots of restaurants close by including a scone restaurant next door - scones were absolutely delicious! We were greeted every day by Anthony who ensured our day got off to a wonderful start! All of the staff were kind and very professional."

"Very disappointing experience and poor service.
We arrived at 6 pm but had to wait two hours in the lobby because the room was incorrectly prepared. We had requested three single beds for a trip with my parents, but the room had a king-size bed instead. The manager said it would take 15 minutes to fix, but we waited for two hours.
When we finally entered the room, there were only two cups for three guests. Slippers were refused because they were not included in our plan, and basic amenities...

"The staff in this hotel are excellent, starting from the front door. Room is very comfortable but you might ask to avoid the ground-floor handicapped accessible room if you have paid for a Deluxe room because the bathroom is less than ideal (as it must be in an accessible room). Even though this was a disappointment, the staff were super-pleasant .
Excellent gym. All new Technogym equipment.
Restaurant is pretty good, although if you are used to the normal serving order in a Japanese...
