Even though the hotel was buzzing with the Friday morning guests, she took the time to coordinate getting the item across the city to one of my colleagues, in rush hour during a tube...

"Very convenient and comfortable room"

"I loved this place. When I go to England, I enjoy these smaller, transformed hotels much more than bigger ones and Hand and Spear has been the best. The room I got was spacious with ample wardrobe space and beautiful decor. The bath was insane with a beautiful claw foot tub. I’m very self-sufficient when I travel so I don’t expect a room made up each day but I’m sure they would accommodate you and they quickly brought extra towels when I asked. The thing is…my room had food and a little fridge...

"A few issues with the bathroom..the walk in shower panel was not long enough so water ended up on the tile floor..the black tiles were cold on the feet and very slippery when wet. I wished there was a make up mirror. I couldnt use any of the mirrors as the lughting was not bright enough. Otherwise, the king bed room was very nice!"
