"I had to wait in reception for 10 minutes before I was seen to. No staff in reception on my return at 7.45pm. In the morning the shower took about 6 mins to warm up. Tv didn’t have any standard channels, just yesterday, shopping and a few others. No one in reception when I left at 10.30am. Otherwise, it was a mediocre stay."

"The room was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated."

"We've just had the most amazing stay at The Swan, with our two dogs. Our room was fantastic with everything provided both for us, and for our dogs. All the staff were extremely dog friendly and helpful, and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. We will definitely be back for another stay"

"Clean and great location close to the airport and food options. Try Nor great food"

Every email was ignored. Had they simply replied before I travelled, I would have cancelled my booking and stayed elsewhere.
