"Great hotel, friendly staff. Many thanks to Shadeen and Penelope at the reception desk for being professional, attentive and kind. Hotel looks great, modern and upbeat. The atmosphere and ambiance at the lobby is great. Room was a bit small for my taste. A/C can be improved. Glasses in the room and the bathroom need to be placed on a paper pad, which was not there (?). There was a bird droppings on my window which I asked to be cleaned and I am sure the reception desk made a note, but the maintenance staff did not bother to do it. The location is great, right beside the river, cathedral and many sightseeings. The breakfast was great with good quality. There should be some movie and entertainment channels to be added to the tv. Overall, I would stay again at this hotel. Thanks again to Shadeen for upgrading my room. "

Elena in reception was wonderful trying to help out with early check-in and all the staff making us feel comfortable during our stay! Surely booking again for our next stay! Highly recommended!! "

"This hotel was a perfect choice for our needs. It was convenient to St. Paul’s Cathedral, public transportation on land, and river too. It was very clean, neat, with several dining options on site. Most of all the staff was kind, accommodating and a delight to be around. "

"The hotel is in a super-convenient city centre location. Take the Stephenson Street exit from the station and you'll come onto New Street almost opposite the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only basic toiletries and refreshments (no biscuits on the tea tray – remember to toss a pack of chocolate digestives in your bag) but overall good value for the price. One thing to note is that the revolving door at the entrance is very heavy and takes some muscle to start moving. I literally had to put my shoulder to it. Could cause difficulty for anyone with physical weakness or disability. The staff on reception were polite. Check-out is simply dropping your key in a box, quick and easy. So overall, a good option for a convenient and economical city stay."
