"Staff was exceptional, always stopped what they were doing to greet us as we were coming and going. They took the time to talk to us about ice cream shop recommendations. Breakfast was good! Breakfast server was so friendly. The elevator broke as we were leaving but all else was great! "

The room was exceptionally clean but dated…we brought our own pillows thankfully because the motels are very thin and small. Besides that no complaints…already rebooked for June for a music festival in Chicago. "

Nobody’s cleaned our room or gave us fresh towels Staff were borderline friendly. There was lady at the front desk who didn’t explain everything to us in check in and that same lady was there when I check out and didn’t even ask how was your stay nothing. "My family has enjoyed this hotel for years and I recently stayed here on a staycation for one night. After checkout I realized I had left a few rings in the room, and upon asking the hotel to check for them I was met with help and then hostility. The cleaning staff stole my jewelry, one piece being an irreplaceable family heirloom, and the staff told me I was wrong and were extremely unhelpful.
