"This is a typical airport hotel - there was a buffet for breakfast - and not sure about other meals. We chose to eat next door at their sister location - and really wish we had stayed there - but it was fine for what we needed. Staff was very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport since we had golf bags and multiple suitcases and wine. Best money we spent. They do have a shuttle but we decided that would be a juggling act."

"The hotel is really nice and in a very nice area. There is a mall across the street and the aquarium is very close. You can walk to several nice restaurants. Honestly, everything is within walking distance. Everything was clean, and the staff was very accommodating and kind! Check out is also free until 2 PM which was a nice bonus. I would definitely return and recommend."

"I am obsessed with trains. I didn't pick a train side room because I knew the river was what I wanted more on this trip. but I wish I could've done both at the same time! The staff was courteous and knowledgable. I had to leave too early for breakfast and they offered and it was packed it for me. there is a kettle in the room! this is gold! and they were so good with when I really should leave for the airport and getting the taxi."

"The original building is stunning and a walk into the past. It is filled with antiques and other beautiful ornamentation. However, The new wing of the hotel where most guests stay , is now 25 years old. It is in need of refurbishment. Still, the rooms are large, clean, with lovely traditional furnishings. Staff generally are gracious and willing to accommodate, however it took one hour to check in and deliver our luggage to the room. There was only one other guest checking in at the same...
