"Property was overpriced for what it is. No parking The room was really hot and had no air conditioning, I asked the manager for a fan to the cool the room down but he didn’t have one. Had to leave the windows open for some air but the traffic which is constant kept us awake. The Rug in the middle of the room was filthy couldn’t walk round without shoes on. Hairs all in the bathroom. 1 Sachet of decaffeinated coffee And some tea bags from a used box. No milk or caffeinated coffee. No...

"The staff were fantastic very helpful and lovely to talk too and the room was beyond what I was expecting, beautifully clean lovely and warm the toilets were always clean and the shower was a walk in we absolutely enjoyed I stay and hopefully will be back next year. "Super clean, nicely furnished, air conditioned room. Was pretty COZY, as per the name. But it served our needs purposes perfectly. Very good Central location woth easy parking (even if a little pricey)."

"The family room was lovely and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 children. A couple of niggles in that the blind was broken in the bathroom and the rubbish bins were a bit on the small side. Staff were really lovely and nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was delicious and we had 1 meal there which was great. Lovely setting next to the river. Would highly recommend"

"I would like to ask for a full refund really but I know I won't get one. We were left in property on our own and told to lock up when we come and go. The sheets on the beds were dirty. Bathroom dirty. Tea and coffee in the room but no milk. We left at half 4 in the morning with little or no sleep at all. Terrible place "

"A great bedroom in a house that's full of character. En-suite shower-room with a fabulous shower. Warm and welcoming hosts. Fantastic breakfast with seriously good vegetarian options. Go there! We certainly will again. "

"Easy to find, clear instructions regarding keys, etc.. Not a huge amount of things nearby, apart from the nice beach. Perhaps a bit expensive for what it is, but in the summer the easier access to the beach must be a plus."
