"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "Great check in, easy and quick. Room was lovely and we had a huge bed which was very comfy. The room overlooked Leicester Square so great spot and we didn’t hear a thing outside and it was busy the whole time. Slept so well, turned off the heat and was warm enough as it was a bit noisy. We didn’t eat here but breakfast was £15 so well priced for the location. There is a Costa attached and the hotel give us a BOGOF for a drink in from there . Well placed and would happily return"
