"I was completely exhausted when i got to the location as i drove straight from Columbus, Oh. The man told me it was going to be $100 as i was many hours before check in. I told him id go find a beach to park at and went and sat in my car. The man seen me and my family out there and came to get me a room because i was so exhausted he gsve me the room at a much lower rate. It was a very much appreciated disply of compassion for making the customer feel importsnt "

"First off~ the shuttle driver was excellent and quick to get to the airport, soo grateful for that. Check in was smooth although I did have to pay for the stay when I arrived. The ac was working wonderfully and the aroma was nice. Hotel was clean, pool is great and the breakfast had a lot of options!! The bed was “ok”. "
