"Finding a room for a family of 5 can be tricky. This place was very comfortable for us! Access was easy after receiving instructions. We enjoyed the quieter part of Venice with quick access to the waterways. Noel is very helpful with his suggestions and directions and cleans the rooms impeccably! "More an Airbnb than a traditional hotel (4 separate suites, we never saw another guest and the staff comes from off site) but very clean and nice, exactly like the photos.
