"hotel was perfect for our 1 night stay to explore Venice. the room was nice and clean, breakfast had lots of choice including a waffle station which we took full advantage of! Venice is only a 10 min walk to get into the heart of it and explore. all in all was a perfect base for the night for what we needed and would defo recommend. its also the penultimate stop on the water bus stops (blue line) so you get to almost get a full tour around Venice too (about 80-90mins from airport) "

"The hotel is classified as a 4 star, but not the standard rooms. It is clean, but the bathroom really needs updating. They still use the 80’s hairdryer with a hose… Breakfast was really nice. Best location to all attractions. "

"Staff were all fabulous the only thing that let this place down was the worn out decor,we stayed there a few times in the past 7 years but this time it was really noticeable peeling faded wall paper very worn chipped furniture, bath that you had to stand in the toilet to get in !!!! Bath didn’t work no plugs in sink or bath . Bedding changed every day and housekeeping was very good "

"Very noisy hotel. Got woken up constantly by the people upstairs, at one point we got sprinkled in dust and cobwebs as the light fitting shook so much as they were crashing around. Also there was no a/c allowed in April, so the room was really hot and stuffy, and you couldn’t open the windows because then mosquitoes came in. We asked for a fan which helped. "
