"A bit hard to find as Google maps are a bit off due to nartow steets and dead ends. Close enough to the dock, pharmacy, grocery store and many restaurants."

"Finding a room for a family of 5 can be tricky. This place was very comfortable for us! Access was easy after receiving instructions. We enjoyed the quieter part of Venice with quick access to the waterways. Noel is very helpful with his suggestions and directions and cleans the rooms impeccably! "The staff were excellent and arranged for our transfer to the cruise terminal. The front desk doubles as concierge services and gave us excellent tips and recommendations. The rooms are very clean and the shower was very nice with one flaw. The floor was slippery so ask for a mat and they are available. Overall a 9/10 and 10/10 for staff and 10/10 for breakfast."

"Annalisa was brilliant with help on WhatsApp and booking water taxis for us. There is a public taxi stop very close as well. This apartment is in a lovely area and had very nice dining very close. There is a grocery steps away if you wanted to cook and the kitchen is well equipped. This is an apartment so you do not get daily cleaning and fresh towels.
