"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"I would stay here again. It is a good location for walkers. My wife and I love to walk. You are close to Campo Santa Margarita - which is a nice plaza - more local than touristy. You are close to the train station and access to the airport. However, walking to St. Marks Square and the main tourist area is about 20-25 minutes. The space is great.
