"Great location, set back from the harbour but very easy walking. Beacon Hill park on the doorstep is beautiful. Staff were really lovely, very friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast there but the cafe looked good."

"The suites of room were very nice and allowed to visit with one another. The food in the Fathom was also good. Our stay in Victoria was enhanced by our stay at the Grand Pacific. Going forward guests should know two ferry terminals are being built to the left of the hotel, facing the harbor. Our view was not obstructed as they placed us on the fourth and fifth floors. This construction will go on for 3 years."

"We stayed as a family for 6 nights. The staff were all really wonderful, the room and common areas were nice and clean and the location of the hotel is ideal for easy access to the waterfront, the museum and downtown. The breakfast was good and had a little something for everyone. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"We had a lovely two day stay in Victoria, Canada. The hotel was nice a centrally located. we could walk to many of the places in the city easily. A small thing about our stay. we were not aware until we checked into our room that a huge construction job was happening right next door. They began work at 7:00am. It would have been nice to have a heads up about this. Other than that we enjoyed the hotel, our room, and the staff was very helpful when needed. Thank you!"
