"The staff, wait staff and reception staff, were exceptional."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spot clean and tidy as requested. Staffs were nice and accomodating especially on our requests. The food was delicious in the Blue Crab restaurant. The location is excellent and the view of the inner harbour is stunning. The aircon though is a bit noisy but we were so tired from our tour that we let it go. Apart from this, we still have a pleasant stay. Thanks to all hardworking staff that we met and assisted us."

"We had a lovely two day stay in Victoria, Canada. The hotel was nice a centrally located. we could walk to many of the places in the city easily. A small thing about our stay. we were not aware until we checked into our room that a huge construction job was happening right next door. They began work at 7:00am. It would have been nice to have a heads up about this. Other than that we enjoyed the hotel, our room, and the staff was very helpful when needed. Thank you!"

"Older hotel but pretty well maintained. The staff were friendly, room was clean and I only called down to get some slippers. We needed a rolling bed but I think we got the last one that looked pretty beat up and creaked loudly with every movement but it wasn't a deal breaker. As we stayed in a club room we had access to the M Lounge - great for 24/7 drinks. Snacks were a little lacking, breakfast ended a touch earlier than I like especially since the next scheduled daily offering is at 5pm for...

"Staff checked us in the room already occupied with someone else, and they changed us into another room but second room had terrible smell. Then the third room seemed okay but at 6am we could hear phone alarm and I even thought that was coming from our main room and one of us left the phone in the main room with alarms on. Apparently, that was coming from the other side of the wall which is next room. Super thin walls!!! Overall, i wouldn‘t recommend this hotel even if u‘re on a budget!"

"Firstly, the Days Inn at Uptown Victoria is a motel not hotel as listed. Our rooms were accessed from the outside which made feeling secure a little less. The rooms are dated, with the toilet being small and lower to the ground and the tub very small. The sink was outside of the bathroom and located beside the bed. The bedding was clean but the beds are situated on a metal skirting that made a tin can popping sound every time you moved and the A/C was right beside the one bed making it hard...

"This is a beautiful spa resort offering so many wonderful relaxing options! The hot springs spa is fantastic- yoga - the rooms are amazing and they have tables with fireplaces allover the property to sit and relax and enjoy a nice drink. The only downside is that they won't allow you to bring your own drinks (even water bottles with electrolytes) to the pool area and their wine etc is quite pricy."
