"Can’t say enough. Only issue, when I ask if my two kids (11 and 3) can stay in the same room with us on next visit. They decline."

"The staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. If it were not for them my score would have been lower. The hotel itself was fine, but I would not say soundproof. Each night I stayed there were ambulance/police sirens that could easily be heard. Also loud music and loud vehicles could be heard from my room. You can’t hear regular street noise, but I was woken up more than a few times."

"The location is fab and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are big and clean and well furbished with everything you need from hairdryer to dishwasher and washing machine. The breakfast though was most disappointing (small selection of - apart from the fruit - only sweet and sugared items). I recommend going to one of the little cafes nearby where you get more for your money."

"Beautiful hotel with small but perfectly formed rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the castle which was tiny but lovely. The bar area is fantastic and the Whisky Bar was our downfall (thanks to Dario who is an expert!) Will definitely return"

"We stayed in the deluxe 2 bedroom unit and it was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms had black out curtains. I sent a message in advance asking for the beds in one of the rooms to be separated and they were each made with their own duvet and bedding, which we really appreciated (they were separated a couple of inches which was sufficient for us). We arrived around 12:30 and were able to store our bags at the The Scotsman Hotel. I sent a message asking if the unit was...

"Parking is difficult. Outrageously expensive nearby or distant parking garage available."

"Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...

"Fantastic location, lovely staff, I believe the late checkouts requested caused a delay in our checkin time unfortunately, but staff were nice and offered tea and beverages during the wait. The room was good, think the cleaning staff may have rushed a bit due to the late checkouts, I think I’d rather have waited a bit longer than finding a hair on my bed!"

"This is a great apartment! Spacious, comfortable, with everything you need. The bathroom has space to put all of your things. This living room has a great view and good light. The bedroom has a lot of space. The washer is handy. We would stay again."
