"We enjoyed staying at the Bonnie Hotel. It was conveniently located, we were able to walk to a great breakfast spot (Laura's Kitchen- highly recommend) and around the city. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did not use the kitchenette, but its there and well equiped if someone wanted to. "

"Given the price, I was surprised to first get a room on the lower ground with the windows giving under street level and under stairs. But they were thankfully able to move me to an upper level room in the morning, which I was really grateful as I was staying there almost a week. Apart from that hiccup, the rest of my stay was great and the room really comfortable."

"Loved the big space, and the bed and couch were very comfortable! If anyone else is wondering as I did if the round dining table is a good size for working on a computer, there’s plenty of space for 1. I preferred sitting by the window there so just moved the desk chair. Super easy to walk around the castle to get places, and a Sainsburys is a block away. Felt safe at night to walk back. As someone who doesn’t usually get their room cleaned partway but had a longer stay, I do wish there was say...

"This is a beautiful property. The location was just far enough off the tourist areas and yet walkable to everything you might want to see. It was five star in every respect. The staff was excellent, friendly, accommodating and efficient. We ended staying there twice during our visit. We had two different room types booked and both were excellent. "
