"Absolutely loved this hotel, a true hidden gem with a paradise-like garden courtyard. The rooms are spotless, with quality linens and brand-new bathrooms. The hotel is connected to an art museum, so there’s beautiful art everywhere, plus a lovely library with a view of the 25 de Abril Bridge. There was a small mix-up with one of our bookings (caused by the platform, NOT the hotel!!), but Francisco went above and beyond to fix it. "The pool was nice and clean. Not very warm but definitely could swim in it. The rooms were nicely appointed and very clean. Front desk staff were fabulous as they were very helpful. We didn’t want to stay in Lisbon Centre as we wanted easy and free parking and a quiet area which is exactly what MS Aparthotel was. Kitchen was perfect and so was our view of the pool and river. The hotel does need to repair the wood exterior though. "

"The front desk service was excellent . They were always wollong to help. I had an issue with charging my phone and the friendly feont desk person helped by allowing me to charge the phone at the reception area. The area has great dining and beautiful parks and gardens."
