"Amazing property, amazing staff, good was great, and the experience will be unforgettable. The lakeview with the outdoor onsen and the Mt Fuji views from the rooftop footbath are incredible. Don't hesitate to stay here!"

"The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay overall, and the food at Cascade Restaurant was good. However, the restaurant prices were noticeably higher than what we found throughout the rest of our trip. Our room had a slight musty smell, and the air conditioning was not working. The staff was friendly but communication in English was sometimes challenging. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with a great location, but there is room for improvement."

"Wonderf stay"

"Very spacious, clean room with a Mt Fuji view. Helpful staff. Rooftop viewing platform of Mt Fuji is a huge plus. Great location close to the Kawaguchiko lake hiking trail."

"On the plus side -- we had a very clean room and the staff was extremely friendly. There was also a foot bath out on the patio which we used both days we were there. We were surprised that we couldn't eat in the restaurant. Our small, modest room, NOT facing the water was just over $500/night. I don't think we received a room commensurate with the price. The value wasn't there for us. And we couldn't eat in the restaurant because they stated they were booked. We ended up sitting in the bar area...

"Good stay"

"It was okay. Not very intuitive for English speakers but we figured it out. I expected one large town house style property but we got 2 seperate entrances for upstairs and downstairs which is weird... The salt for the bath is something you have to ask for, it's included but could be offered "maybe they forgot." The staff that helped us to our room was extremely helpful by carrying our bags!"

"Absolutely no complaints. Only complaint I have is that I should have stayed longer. The staff very helpful and treats you with lots of respect. Amenities are great and peaceful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great hotel with a great view of Mt. Fuji."

"we were happy with everything in the hotel. Nothing to complain about. We were there to enjoy private Onsen and it was very nice. There is some Sulphur smell in the corridors but I guess, that is expected when you are near a hot spring."
