"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Torifito. The daily ski shuttles were very dependable with plenty of scheduled times, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when helping to arrange the shipping of my snowboard bag back to NRT after our stay."

"We stayed for six nights in a Club Superior Room with our child and were lucky to have a room facing Mount Yotei. The view was absolutely stunning, especially on sunny days. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even provided ice packs when we needed them after getting sore from skiing, which was a thoughtful touch. "Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast hit the spot each morning. Onsen was lovely after a day on the slopes too! We loved the view from our room, watching people ski down the Family Run. Would stay again and highly recommend. "
