"Room could have been a lot cleaner, random hairs all over combined with crumbs in the bed. The dryer was very mediocre on property, with no notification that the on property restaurant would be closed during the majority of my stay. However, for the price, I was not expecting much so it nearly still met my expectations - yet I somehow still feel disappointed."

"One of the best places I have ever stayed in. Beautiful property, room was amazing. Soaking in the hot onsen with the windows open looking at mount Yotei was so relaxing. Our room was so good and cozy. The staff here are amazing, so attentive and very helpful. The vibe this place has is incredible. The food was top tier as well. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer here. 3 days was not enough in this ultra relaxing place. This place exceeded all of my expectations. Will definitely go back...

"We have visited Niseko several times and have always appreciated the high standard of hospitality in Japan. Unfortunately, this stay was the most disappointing service experience we have had so far. We arrived around midnight to check in, and there was only one front desk staff member on duty. From the beginning, his attitude felt quite unfriendly and unwelcoming.
