"Room was clean and food was fabulous. The only problem i ran into is one of the days the elevator was not working for my tower and needed to contact front desk to have someone access the freight elevator to move people. Its not their fault, they did their best.
Over all the stay was nice. It is on the monorail which is very convenient."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
