"This looks a grand hotel, the arrival departure whilst busy was fine, staff throughout are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was plentiful, restaurants fine one night I dined in. Service is great, loved spa treatments so much, would love to give it 5 stars for the staff and service but it’s still seemingly going through an upgrade. It just feels a bit dated in parts, marks and lumps missing on walls, old decor etc."

"The location of the Apex Hotel cannot be beat! Close to the Tube (literally almost across the street), the Thames River, the Tower of London and more! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends and family."

"The hotel is solid, well-located and a bit ordinary. Breakfast is a bit meh. BUT - we were travelling with a wheelchair and the place is wonderfully accessible and the hotel staff super helpful. The accessible room was excellent. As some reviewers have noted, a large powerchair might have trouble with the elevator, but even so i think you could make it ;) we had a small powerchair and it was no trouble. And the hotel and room were very clean, the only downfall for us was even though we booked a cosy room, it was ridiculously small would be OK for 1 person but not 2, it got very claustrophobic... But everything else was excellent... So my advice would be to book a bigger room."
