"Lovely room though we had a problem with a leak from the upstairs shower. It was quickly sorted by the hotel manager. The staff seemed really friendly. The hotels is a short walk to the centre of Harrogate and I would recommend"

Check in was easy, with info forwarded the morning of, so we could just get in, get the keys, and be on with our day. The proprietor let us check out later for a good price as my partner was unwell and needed extra time to recover. We appreciate the exceptional hospitality."

"We stayed in room 7, adequate for what we needed for two nights but the en-suite was quite small.There are quite a lot of stairs up to the room, we also had a problem getting into the property as the electronic locks did not work as described.We received a message saying to use the last four digits of our phone number,this did not work!On the message the numbers were different to my number and this was where the confusion started. I had to call the agent for access and they said try the number...

"The room was at the rear of the hotel and was overlooked, there were no net curtains only room curtains. Therefore the room had no privacy except when you closed the curtains meaning the room was dark most of the time we spent in it."

"Liked the location and the building and parking dislike the very narrow bathroom very had to use the toilet and having to walk backwards into the very narrow bathroom, no extra handrail to aid getting in and out bath to use the shower the shower was the best thing about the bathroom."

"The location was great, lots of parking spaces. Breakfast room and bar area very nice. Booked a Kingsize room everything looked tired, windows were dirty, very old and didn’t close properly. Had no bathrobes nor slippers in the room, wanted us to pay extra in a SPA hotel! Noise after midnight wasn’t managed well by staff. The wedding guests went outside for a cigarette and were pretty loud. Also white vans were loading / unloading stuff after midnight and very early in the morning without any...
