I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "The quiet surrounding. The quay view from the window was meditating. Clean and clear walk routes. Reception staff were really kind and welcoming. Hotel was wonderfully Clean, Neat and smelt gorgeous in the Lobby area. A very pleasant stay indeed. "This hotel is in a perfect location in Canary Wharf on the banks of the river and perfect for exploring London by the Thames Uber boat. We visited Greenwich Park for the best view of London. The rooms are more spacious than most hotel rooms and have amazing views over the London skyline. This is the only hotel in London where I am happy to drive and park. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
