"On premise manager was extremely helpful. Location is outstanding for trips in and out of downtown Carmel restaurants and shopping.
Breakfast was poor.Instant packaged oatmeal, cold breakfast patties and terrible scrambled. Definitely eat out - there are many great breakfast spots within 5-10” walk.
Parking is a challenge. Was fully booked all the time. Had to park on 6th and then move car later in the evening."

"Breakfast was not included. The balcony room are comfortable with a sofa and coffee table. The surprise was a $30 parking fee per night and a $10 resort fee. Hotels.com has the fees buried in the fine print. They should be more upfront with these additional fees. This is a motel with a $30 a night parking fee!!!"

"The place was good and clean but they charged me for something they don’t even know what it’s about. I called and said i was not charged for anything extra but my credit card was charged extra for 2 rooms that I booked. They said it will be reimbursed after 10days but it’s been more than that and they don’t even know what those charges are for."

"Hotel is in nice location--right in the middle of Carmel. But this is a very dated property and our room was so small you couldn't change your mind in it. Bed had to be 50 years old. So don't expect much other than a nice location and we were able to check in early. Big plus was there was an EV charger in the parking lot."
